Welcome to Holistic Intentions. It is my passion to share holistic, life-long skills with people of all ages by drawing on inner resources to cultivate balance and thrive in any situation.

It is so easy to get off-kilter in our fast-paced society. Yoga and mindfulness are two powerful practices to help support our physical and mental well-being. They help plant seeds of inner knowing, connectedness, and compassion. Can we get curious, experience the seeds taking root, and watch them grow and blossom into something beautiful?

I have spent the last six years focusing my training on therapeutic mindfulness and movement for children. Parallel to these continuing studies, I have been teaching children of all ages in school, after school, and in private settings. I have also taught adult group classes and private sessions. I am a proud mother of two girls who are my greatest teachers.

I am devoted to the well-being of each of my students and their journey. I look forward to connecting and partnering with you and/or your family, on your wellness path.

“Thank you Erin for all that you do. We’ve learned that mental health is just as important if not more important than physical health. Anxious to Awesome™ helps improve mental health.”

About Erin

As I started to see the benefits and personal healing through these practices, I knew I wanted to share these tools with others. Having always had a passion for working with children, having two children of my own, and wishing I had these tools and practices when I was younger, I started studying how to bring these practices to children and families.
