The Resilient Athlete Masterclass
A 4-Week Mind-Body Coaching Series for Youth & Elite Athletes
Does your athlete struggle to stay focused, bounce back from setbacks, or perform under pressure? As a mind-body performance coach, I help young athletes unlock the power of their mental game, find their flow, and cultivate self-mastery.
This small-group coaching experience helps young athletes strengthen their inner resources—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Through yoga, mindfulness, mindset coaching, and recovery tools, athletes learn to prepare, reset, and perform with clarity and confidence—on and off the field.
Weekly Themes:
Special Guest Feature: A bonus session on nutrition and fueling the athlete’s body and mind will be included during the series!
Week 1: Resilience in Action – Emotional strength & bounce-back tools
Week 2: Master Your Mindset –Focus, confidence & goal-setting
Week 3: The Recovery Edge –Injury prevention & body awareness
Week 4: Align and Thrive – Pre- & post-game routine integration
Location: New Heights Physical Therapy, 1100 Cottonwood Ave, Ste. 300, Hartland
Dates: Mondays, June 9-30th
Middle Schoolers: 4-5:15 pm
High Schoolers : 5:30-6:45 pm
